How We Serve Clients Outside the Metro
Distance should never be a barrier to good advice. We tailor the delivery model to suit your location, budget and timeline:
- On-site engagements. Scheduled regional visits for workshops, discovery sessions, systems implementation and face-to-face stakeholder meetings.
- Virtual advisory. Structured video consultations, shared working documents and secure file exchange for towns where a full on-site visit is not practical.
- Hybrid delivery. A mix of periodic on-site visits and regular remote check-ins — often the most cost-effective model for Wheatbelt, Great Southern and Mid West clients.
- Transparent travel arrangements. Any travel or accommodation costs for regional work are set out clearly in your written proposal before the engagement begins. No surprises, no hidden extras.
Service Area FAQs
Do you cover my suburb or town?
Almost certainly. We cover the entire Perth metropolitan area and all nine WA regions. Email ceo@xlncgroup.online with your suburb or town and we will confirm coverage and suggested delivery options promptly.
Do regional visits cost more?
Travel and accommodation for on-site regional engagements are quoted upfront in your written proposal. Many regional clients choose hybrid or virtual delivery to keep costs down while still receiving the full consulting service.
Can we work together fully remotely?
Yes. A significant share of our work is delivered virtually through structured video sessions, shared workspaces and written deliverables. Remote clients receive exactly the same rigour as those we see in person.
Do you work with clients in other states?
Our focus is Western Australia, and that is where our on-site work happens. Select advisory engagements can be delivered remotely to clients elsewhere in Australia — enquire via the contact page.
